Dear Mr Fiocchi,

Last November, I was requested by Prince Jamal Al Noaimi to lecture in Kuwait City during the International Conference for Development in Southern Sudan, in the name of his foundation. During this conference I were to offer 10 million dollars in the form of medical equipment and supplements towards the Sudanese child and mother care on behalf of the foundation, and 500 million dollars for agriculture, water management and infrastructure and housing projects. I was informed that this foundation and the companies that Prince Jamal Al Noaimi owns are a member of the European Parliament. Repeatedly I requested the papers and the pass to proceed in human rights committees at the European Parliament to discuss human rights issues and proceed with my work as a lobbyist in the human rights committees.

Unfortunately, I was confronted with the fact that this organization was not registered at the European Parliament. When I asked for an explanation, I was told that the file of registration was taken away with an old secretary. However, since I believed the European Parliament keeps their files in computers, I was not convinced of this argument, so I decided to request their registration again at the European Parliament. Repeatedly, I was contacting the European Parliament to receive the registration and accreditation details of the Foundation Prince Jamal Al Noaimi. Unfortunately, I was always turned over to someone else to declare something, until a few days ago when I decided to file a complaint at the European Parliament. From different parties I got the impression that something was wrong.

This morning, the Secretary of Mr Heijmans called me and connected me with you. While I requested the accreditation, your words were as follows: “I am not stupid. The man you are working for is a crosse”, from what I understood in English is a crook, which you confirmed.

Someone at your office mentioned “this is the Israelian woman”, and then I aksed whether they were talking about me. After, you confirmed by stating that I have two nationalities, which I agreed with. You said: “I am not stupid. But you are okay. You are a beautiful woman. We know everything about you, too”. I stated that I resigned from the Foundation Prince Jamal Al Noaimi two days ago. You requested an explanation. I explained you that from the Sudanese government I understood that the 10 million dollars were never received.

All this time I was trying to help to develop the country and also Prince Jamal Al Noaimi announced that we were going to open orphan homes in Iraq to 20.000 children. The project was assigned to me, but the Iraqis ministers, who visited us in Belgium, stated that they would only work with me if I was going to work by myself.

In six months time, nothing concrete had happened which I could approve to, except for that Prince Jamal Al Noaimi was opening offices all around the world with volunteers, business people and government officials. Some of the new people he worked with were Palestinian journalists who made some false accusations to me, stating that I would be working with the Israelian Mosaad. Also, one of the members of his foundation has threatened my life with a letter, which is absolutely not relevant to human rights help, and of course you understand that I am not aiming any political issues and I am not involved in any secret organization, since you know everything about me. However, I wish Prince Jamal Al Noaimi all the best, and I do understand that if someone is building a huge international organization it requires a lot of money, effort and determination.

With this letter I would like to confirm to you my definite resignation from the Foundation Prince Jamal Al Noaimi and to request you not to use any of my personal data in the connection with this foundation or with Prince Jamal Al Noaimi.

I hope and wish to receive an official reply stating the reason why this organization was not accredited to the European Parliament.

I am the founder of orphan homes in Egypt, which I sponsor personally with seven of my friends, and my lectures are about the New Dimension of Civilization. I believe in a bright, multicultural Europe, and for a better future to give a helping hand for prosperous world as a social democratic justified Europe.
