Mercy Corps, a non-profit, non-governmental international humanitarian and development organization invites all registered companies to to participate one or more of the following tenders:

1. Hall Rental Service Bid
2. Fuel and Cooking Gas Bid
3. Meals and Soft drinks Bid
4. Transportation Services (Taxi, Buses) Bid

The following conditions apply:

• The supplier must be registered in the official quarters.
• Prices must be Tax Free, and the supplier must provide a Zero Vat invoice.
• Tender documents can be obtained starting from Thursday 28 April 2011 during official working hours, from 8.00AM until 4:00PM at Mercy Corps’ office addresses as follows: Mercy Corps Gaza Office, Ahmed Orabi Street, 2nd Floor, Abu Ghalioun Building.
• The tender documents must be delivered before 12:30PM on Tuesday 10 May 2011 at Mercy Corps’ offices as above. The tender will be opened and reviewed by Mercy Corps tender committee only.
• The committee is not obligated to purchase goods with the lowest prices.
