Mercy Corps, a non-profit, non-governmental international humanitarian and development organization invites all contractors, suppliers and commercial traders to submit bids for the provision of Material Transportation Service.

The following conditions apply:

• The supplier must be registered in the official quarters.
• Prices must be exempted from VAT, and the supplier must provide a VAT exempted invoice.
• Tender documents can be obtained starting from Wednesday 23 Feb 2011 during official working hours, from 8.00AM until 4:00PM at Mercy Corps’ office addresses as follows:
• Mercy Corps Gaza Office, 2nd Floor, Abu Ghalioun Building.
• The tender documents must be delivered before 12:00PM on Wednesday 3 March 2011 at Mercy Corps’ offices as above. The tender will be opened and reviewed by the Mercy Corps tender committee in the presence of the companies’ representative.
• The committee is not obligated to purchase service with the lowest prices.
• Advertisement fees will be covered by the successful tenderer.
