Mercy Corps, a non-profit, non-governmental international humanitarian and development organization invites all companies, suppliers and commercial traders to submit bids for the provision of the following supplies, Suppliers can participate in one or the 3 bids:

1. Stationery
2. Kitchen Supplies
3. Toners (Ink Cartridges)

The following conditions apply:

1. The supplier must be registered in the official quarters.
2. Prices must be exempted from VAT, and the supplier must provide a VAT exempted invoice.
3. Tender documents can be obtained starting from Tuesday 28 December 2010 during official working hours, from 8.00AM until 4:00PM at Mercy Corps’ office addresses as follows:
4. Mercy Corps Gaza Office, 2nd Floor, Abu Ghalioun Building.
5. The tender documents must be delivered before 04:00PM on Thursday 06 January 2011 at Mercy Corps’ offices as above. The tender will be opened and reviewed by the Mercy Corps tender committee in the presence of the companies’ representative.
6. The committee is not obligated to purchase goods with the lowest prices.
7. Advertisement fees will be covered by the successful tenderer.
